Flexibility Lab

A 3-week small-group program to help you figure out what actually improves your flexibility

START WITH YOUR BODY, NOT A GENERIC ROUTINE

We’ll look at what you actually want to change, what you’ve already tried, and how your body responds to different approaches.

EXPERIMENT INSTEAD OF GUESSING

Explore stretching, active mobility, strength, control, and other inputs — then compare what actually changes your experience.

GET FEEDBACK WHILE YOU’RE ACTUALLY DOING THE WORK

Bring back what you notice. I’ll help you make sense of it, suggest what to try next, and we’ll learn from what the rest of the group discovers too.

Three weeks to figure out what works for you.

This isn’t about chasing a before-and-after split or following the same flexibility routine as everyone else.

Instead, we’ll spend three weeks practicing, experimenting, comparing, asking questions, and paying attention — so you leave with a clearer understanding of your own flexibility and a better framework for deciding what to do next.

“I just wish I would have found instructors with your knowledge earlier on in life. I think my bodily experience would have been far different had I had this knowledge 20+ years ago.”
— Saunie, Why Do I Feel Tight? participant

Is Flexibility Lab right for you?

IS FLEXIBILITY LAB A GOOD FIT?

This is a great fit for you if…

  • want to understand your flexibility, not just collect more stretches
  • like experimenting and noticing how your body responds
  • have a range, movement, or area you want to explore
  • want feedback and personalized suggestions while still working independently
  • enjoy learning alongside a small group

Private or individualized support may be a better fit if you…

  • want a fully individualized program
  • need substantial one-on-one attention
  • want ongoing private coaching between sessions
  • need individualized assessment or treatment for an injury or medical concern

You don’t need to already be flexible or have a particular yoga background.

FAQ

Do I need to attend live?
Plan to attend all three sessions live. The Lab builds week to week, and full-session replays won’t be available.

Are sessions recorded?
Because Flexibility Lab is designed as a small, interactive cohort, full session recordings won’t be shared. You’ll receive brief recaps and resources after each session.

What happens between sessions?
Flexibility Lab is designed as a collaborative small-group experience, with plenty of room for your questions, troubleshooting, and personalized suggestions. Google Classroom keeps the conversation going between sessions, so you can bring in questions as they come up, get my input, and learn from what the rest of the cohort is discovering too. I’ll check in regularly throughout the Lab rather than offering real-time or on-demand messaging.

What if the minimum enrollment isn’t reached?
Flexibility Lab runs with a minimum of 3 participants and is capped at 7. If the minimum isn’t reached, you’ll receive a full refund or can transfer your registration to a future cohort..

What is your refund policy?
Because Flexibility Lab is a small cohort with limited spots, registration is non-refundable (exception: see above question).

I’m a movement educator, yoga teacher, and personal trainer who helps active people better understand why their bodies feel tight, restricted, or beat-up — and what actually changes that. My teaching blends anatomy, mobility, strength, self-myofascial release, and therapeutic movement without reducing everything to “just stretch more.”

I’m an E-RYT 500, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist. I’ve been teaching since 2015 and currently teach for platforms including Glo and Yoga Anytime.

Flexibility Lab brings that work into a small, interactive setting where we can actually apply it to your questions and what you’re noticing in your own body.

Figure out what works for your flexibility.
